Poached Salmon
Instructions
  1. Marinade: Mix all the above ingredients together. You can also use a food processor to mix the ingredients but not too finely (e.g. a few pulses)
  2. Rub the marinade all over the fish, flip the fillets over so that the marinade gets underneath and all around it.
  3. BBQ: Wrap the salmon fillets in aluminum foil, making sure to pour all the marinade in with the fish, so that the fillets are more or less sit in a shallow bed of the dilly, garlicy, salty, peppery olive oil. Tips: You can wrap the fillets individually or together, but make sure to add a second wrapping of aluminum foil to prevent the olive oil from leaking out. Place the fillets on a preheated BBQ Grill on medium for 10-15 minutes (depends on how thick the fillets are).
  4. Oven: If you don't have a BBQ, you can bake the fish in an oven. No aluminum foil needed. You can place the fish directly on a baking dish Baking Time: 10-15 minutes depending on how thick the fillets are
