BBQ:
Wrap the salmon fillets in aluminum foil, making sure to pour all the marinade in with the fish, so that the fillets are more or less sit in a shallow bed of the dilly, garlicy, salty, peppery olive oil.
Tips: You can wrap the fillets individually or together, but make sure to add a second wrapping of aluminum foil to prevent the olive oil from leaking out.
Place the fillets on a preheated BBQ Grill on medium for 10-15 minutes (depends on how thick the fillets are).
