Bread Pudding
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Mix the bread, apple slices and cinnamon.
  3. Beat together milk, egg, sugar, vanilla extract and butter.
  4. Pour over bread mixture and press the bread down with a fork to make sure that all the bread is soaking in the egg/milk mixture.
  5. Bake in oven for about 40 – 50 minutes.
