Ingredients
- 5-6 slices day old bread cut into small cubes
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar (You can put less sugar if you want a lighter taste)
- 2 tablespoon butter (melted)
- 4 eggs - beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- (For variation, I used 1 big apple cut into small thin slices)

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
- Mix the bread, apple slices and cinnamon.
- Beat together milk, egg, sugar, vanilla extract and butter.
- Pour over bread mixture and press the bread down with a fork to make sure that all the bread is soaking in the egg/milk mixture.
- Bake in oven for about 40 – 50 minutes.
