Ingredients
5-6
slices
day old bread cut into small cubes
2
cups
milk
1/2
cup
sugar (You can put less sugar if you want a lighter taste)

tablespoon
butter (melted)
4
eggs – beaten
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
(For variation, I used 1 big apple cut into small thin slices)
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix the bread, apple slices and cinnamon.
Beat together milk, egg, sugar, vanilla extract and butter.
Pour over bread mixture and press the bread down with a fork to make sure that all the bread is soaking in the egg/milk mixture.
Bake in oven for about 40 – 50 minutes.
