It must be very annoying for your caller to hear the ringback ring tones when you are trying to reach you. If you are with Rogers and would like to remove your ringback ring tone on your iphone, follow the following steps:
1. Go directly to web site: https://ringbacks.urmusic.ca/RogersRBTWeb/
2. Go to “MENU” and click on ”My Profile (Turn ON/OFF)” on the left side:
3. You will get a prompt to get a “One Time Password” as per below:
Enter your cell phone number that has the ringback tone and type in the characters shown in the prompt (for example: w4ee5) and click on “SUBMIT”.
4. Once you are done with step# 3, you will get a code sent to your phone by text messaging as per below:
RINGBACKS: her ya go, this is your One Time Password: c916c675
5. Enter the code received on your cell phone via text and click on “Login here”:
6. Click on “My Profile (Turn ON/OFF) on the left MENU and this will take you to “MANAGE MY RINGBACKS”.
Go to “RINGBACKS ON|OFF” and turn “OFF” the RINGBACKS on your cell phone.
Your phone will now play a standard “ring, ring” tone.
