This Stir-Fry Shrimp Ramen recipe is super EASY to make yet full of flavor! The marinade for the shrimp only consists of 5 ingredients (Red Onion, Smoked Paprika, Home-Made Garlic Oil, Rum and Salt/Pepper). In addition, the vegetables in this recipe is red pepper and cabbage.

Ingredients
  

Shrimp Marinade Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Red Onion (Julienne)
  • 2 tsp 2 teaspoons of Smoked Paprika (Garlic, Chili & Chives)
  • 5 tsp Home-Made Garlic Oil (4-5 cloves of garlic + oil)
  • 3 tsp Rum (Optional). You can also use Beer or White Wine too.
  • 3 pinches Salt/Pepper

Remaining Stir-Fry Shrimp Ramen Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Red Onion (Julienne)
  • 2 Packs 21-25 black tiger shrimps (thawed and peeled)
  • 4-5 tsp Garlic Oil (4-5 cloves of garlic + oil)
  • 1 Pack Frozen Ramen (3 pieces)
  • 1 Red Pepper (Julienne)
  • A Handful of Cabbage (Julienne)

Instructions
 

Marinade the Shrimp:

  • Marinade the shrimp by mixing the shrimp with Shrimp Marinade Ingredients
    Shrimp Marinade ingredients for the Stir-Fry Shrimp Ramen
  • Refrigerate the shrimp for an hour before cooking
    Marinade Shrimp for Stir-Fry Shrimp Ramen Recipe

Stir-Fry Shrimp:

  • Sautee 1/4 Red Onion with 2 teaspoons of Garlic Oil
  • Stir-Fry the Shrimp on medium high heat until fully cooked with 1-2 Thai chili pepper (Optional)
    Stir-Fry Shrimp for the Stir-Fry Shrimp Ramen

Stir-Fry Vegetables:

  • Sautee 1/4 Red Onion with 2 teaspoons of Garlic Oil
  • Stir-Fry the Cabbage for 2-3 minutes and then add in Red Pepper
    Stir-Fry Red Pepper and Cabbage

Stir-Fry Shrimp Ramen:

  • Add in the Ramen to the Stir-Fry Vegetables
  • Mix in the cooked Shrimps with its sauce and mix well.

Notes

Tip: 
  • Don't over stir the ramen else the noodles will break.
  • Make sure to marinade the shrimp for at least an hour before cooking.
  • Add thai chili pepper if you like spicy food.
