This Stir-Fry Shrimp Ramen recipe is super EASY to make yet full of flavor! The marinade for the shrimp only consists of 5 ingredients (Red Onion, Smoked Paprika, Home-Made Garlic Oil, Rum and Salt/Pepper). In addition, the vegetables in this recipe is red pepper and cabbage.

Shrimp Marinade Ingredients:
- 1/2 Red Onion (Julienne)
- 2 tsp 2 teaspoons of Smoked Paprika (Garlic, Chili & Chives)
- 5 tsp Home-Made Garlic Oil (4-5 cloves of garlic + oil)
- 3 tsp Rum (Optional). You can also use Beer or White Wine too.
- 3 pinches Salt/Pepper
Remaining Stir-Fry Shrimp Ramen Ingredients:
- 1/2 Red Onion (Julienne)
- 2 Packs 21-25 black tiger shrimps (thawed and peeled)
- 4-5 tsp Garlic Oil (4-5 cloves of garlic + oil)
- 1 Pack Frozen Ramen (3 pieces)
- 1 Red Pepper (Julienne)
- A Handful of Cabbage (Julienne)
Stir-Fry Shrimp Ramen:
Add in the Ramen to the Stir-Fry Vegetables
Mix in the cooked Shrimps with its sauce and mix well.

Tip:
- Don't over stir the ramen else the noodles will break.
- Make sure to marinade the shrimp for at least an hour before cooking.
- Add thai chili pepper if you like spicy food.
