  1. Cut the end of the asparagus off before cooking
  2. Pre-Heat up the Non-Stick pan on medium high heat
  3. Add 1 tbsp of Canola Oil
  4. Throw the asparagus in the pan and let it fry for a minute
  5. Add a pinch of Salt and Pepper
  6. Turn it with a tong and fry it until it is cooked Al-Dente.
