I came home from an hour gym class at GoodLife. The first 1/2 hour is ‘The Grit – Strength’ class. this is an amazing class. It builds your strength, cardio and muscles and of course endurance. I sweat so much in this 1/2 hour class compared to any other class at the gym. (more…)
