Ingredients

of sliced King Oyster Mushroom

red pepper (diced)
1/4
yellow pepper (diced)

orange pepper (diced)
• A pinch of salt and pepper to taste
• Coconut Oil / Olive Oil

small onion (diced)
Instructions
Cut sliced King Oyster Mushroom into smaller pieces
Dice all the peppers and mix them together. You can also stick with just one color of pepper if you prefer.
Heat a pan with Coconut oil / Olive Oil. ( I used Coconut Oil as it is healthier)
Put in diced onion and diced peppers and stir fry until slightly brown
Add a little of salt and pepper and stir well.
Add King Oyster Mushroom and stir.
Cover for a little and stir often. Add a little water if it seems dry.
Stir fry until the oyster mushroom is tender.
Add more salt and pepper to your taste and stir well.
Remove from heat and serve.
