  1. Cut a 1/4 of Red Onion julienne style
  2. Heat the frying pan on high heat, add 1 teaspoon of Butter and let it melt
  3. Add in 2 packs of Sliced Mushrooms and sauteed
  4. Add 2 pinches of Salt & Pepper to taste.
  5. Once cooked, remove from pan into a plate and put aside
  6. Drain the liquid that came from the mushroom and wipe the pan dry with paper towel
  7. Put the frying pan on high heat and add 5 teaspoons of Garlic Oil and Red Onion and stir
  8. Add in 2 5-oz boxes of Baby Kale and Spinach
  9. Use a Kitchen Tongs to stir the vegetable and add in Salt and Pepper
  10. Add the sauteed Mushrooms back in the pan with the cooked baby kale and spinach. Stir and add more Salt and Pepper if required.
