- 2 5-Oz packs Baby Kale and Spinach
- 2 packs Sliced Mushroom
- 5 teaspoons Garlic Oil Add additional 4 teaspoons of oil from garlic oil
- 1/4 Red Onion
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Salt & Pepper Pinch of Salt and Pepper to taste
Ingredients

- Cut a 1/4 of Red Onion julienne style
- Heat the frying pan on high heat, add 1 teaspoon of Butter and let it melt
- Add in 2 packs of Sliced Mushrooms and sauteed
- Add 2 pinches of Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Once cooked, remove from pan into a plate and put aside
- Drain the liquid that came from the mushroom and wipe the pan dry with paper towel
- Put the frying pan on high heat and add 5 teaspoons of Garlic Oil and Red Onion and stir
- Add in 2 5-oz boxes of Baby Kale and Spinach
- Use a Kitchen Tongs to stir the vegetable and add in Salt and Pepper
- Add the sauteed Mushrooms back in the pan with the cooked baby kale and spinach. Stir and add more Salt and Pepper if required.
