For the Linguini:
  1. Boil a large pot of water and add in 1 tablespoon kosher salt.
  2. Add in the linguini and cook until Al Dente, approx. 8-9 minutes.

For the Meatball Tomato Sauce:
  1. Thaw the frozen meatballs at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  2. Dice the 2 plum tomatoes, the red onion and chop the basil.
  3. In a stainless steel pot, brown the meatballs for 5 mintues
  4. Remove the meatballs from the pot to a plate.
  5. Sauté the diced red onion in the pot with a little oil.
  6. Add in the garlic oil, rosemary and chili flakes (chili flake is optional).
  7. Pour in a splash of white wine and mix well.
  8. Then, add in the diced tomatoes, meatballs and tomato sauce and stir well.
  9. Mix the leftover tomato sauce in the jar with the chicken broth. Then pour it into the pot and stir well to mix all ingredients together and simmer for a few minutes.

Recipe Notes

BIG Tip to prevent pasta from sticking: Always toss the pasta with oil after you drain the water.  (I used Sunflowerseed oil in this recipe)

Boil another bag of Spaghetti or Linguini if you have leftover Meatball Tomato Sauce.  Perfect for Meal-Prep!
