Lasagna
Instructions
  1. (A) Meat Sauce: In a saucepan, heat olive oil; saute onion until brown, add Angus Ground Beef, add Beer, add spices (garlic powder, dill weed, a pinch of salt, pepper) and mix together. Stir fry until brown.
  2. (B) Vegetable: Saute the mushroom and green peppers in a separate saucepan.
  3. Meat Mixture: In another pan, heat up a jar of Ragu Original Pasta Sauce plus ½ a jar of water. Add Meat and Vegetables (A & B) and mix together with the pasta sauce.
  4. Ricotta Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, mix Ricotta Cheese, a sprinkle of nutmeg, add 1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese, 1 squeeze of lemon juice, add 1 egg, grated some Grana Padano Cheese / Parmigian Cheese.
  5. Get another jar of pasta sauce, cover the bottom of lasagna pan with pasta sauce, line the bottom of the lasagna pan with oven-ready express lasagna noodles.
  6. Pour more pasta sauce over the noodles.
  7. Pour more pasta sauce over the noodles.
  8. Add the Meat Mixture over.
  9. Spread grated Mozzarella Cheese over.
  10. Add another layer of Lasagna Noodles (2nd layer)
  11. Spread the Pasta Sauce to the 2nd layer of Lasagna Noodles
  12. Line with another layer of Ricotta Cheese Mix.
  13. Add Remaining of the Meat Mixture.
  14. Then add another layer of Lasagna Noodles (3rd layer)
  15. Add Remaining Meat Mixture.
  16. Add Any remaining pasta sauce on top.
  17. Add Mixture of Mozzarella Cheese, Monterey Jack, grated Grana Padano Cheese/Parmigian on top.
  18. Add Mixture of Mozzarella Cheese, Monterey Jack, grated Grana Padano Cheese/Parmigian on top.
  19. Add Mixture of Mozzarella Cheese, Monterey Jack, grated Grana Padano Cheese/Parmigian on top.
  20. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
