  1. Put milk in a small pot on high heat
  2. Add in 6 tablespoons of Quaker Super Grains Original – Oats with Flaxseed and Quinoa
  3. Grate in nutmeg
  4. Add in 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon powder
  5. Add in Condensed Milk to taste. (The amount will depend how sweet you want your oatmeal)
  6. Stir and bring to a boil until oatmeal thickens.
  7. Remove from heat. Serve hot on the same day
  8. Or add to medium size jar and store in the fridge. This will make 3 mornings of delicious oatmeal for breakfast.
  9. Add berries or fruits (optional)
