Home-Made Garlic Oil
Mason Jar of
enough to cover the garlic
Peel 1 bulb of garlic
Chop the garlic
Add chopped garlic to Mason Jar
Add Canola Oil to cover the garlic up to 1/2 Mason Jar. You may use Olive Oil for a Healthier version.
Refrigerate until use. Garlic will get infused in the canola oil.
