  1. String and Tip Snap the snow peas (removing the strings from both sides of the snow peas make this dish more tender and not as stringy)
  2. Place the snow peas in a colander and rinse in running cold water, swirling the peas.
  3. Heat 1 Tablespoon of Canola Oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. When the Oil is hot, add Red Onion and Sauteed until soft.
  5. Add in Snow Peas.
  6. Stir and mix well.
  7. Add in a pinch of salt/pepper to taste.
  8. Add 1 Teaspoon of Soy Sauce.
  9. Stir and add in 1 Teaspoon of Black Bean Garlic Sauce (optional)
  10. Pour in 1 teaspoon of Chicken Broth (can substitue with water)
  11. Stir to mix well.
