Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350*F
  2. Toast pecans and melt butter, set aside
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients; Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, mix and set aside.
  4. Combine Wet Ingredients; Brown Sugar, Butter, Eggs, and Vanilla.
  5. Add Dry Ingredients to Wet Ingredients and mix completely.
  6. Add Oats, Coconut, Pecans and Chocolate Chips.
  7. Mix until fully combined
  8. Scoop out ¼ cup or teaspoon size and flatten a little
  9. First Batch: Bake for 15 – 17 min turning halfway for ¼ cup size
  10. 2nd and 3rd Batch: Bake each batch for 13 min turning halfway for teaspoon size
  11. Let sit on the tray for 5 min for residual baking and to set.
  12. Transfer to a cooling rack.
