Below is the SIMPLE yet EASY Banana Bread recipe that I got from my friend. I have tried out the recipe and really liked the banana bread. It comes out moist and not too sweet.

  1. Mash 6 ripe bananas and set aside
  2. Melt 2 sticks of Margarine/Butter in a large bowl
  3. Add to the large bowl of melted margarine/butter: 2 cups of sugar; 1 teaspoon salt; 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 2 teaspoons baking soda mixed with 6 tablespoons of water; 4 eggs; 4 cups flour; bananas from above step 1; 1 cup chocolate chips
  4. Bake at 325 Fahrenheit (°F) for 1 hour in 2 greased loaf pans
